This Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy for Chrome World (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governs the conditions under which products purchased through the Company’s website (www.chromeworld.store), applications, services, tools and features (collectively, the “Services”) may be returned, replaced, or refunded. By placing an order through the Services, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY – GENERAL CONDITIONS

Chrome World offers a fourteen (14) day return policy for eligible products. The return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, certificates, accessories, tags, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns are free of charge. Chrome World will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping method.

Any item that does not meet the above requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

2. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or authentication materials

  • Products returned outside the 14-day return window

  • Any product identified as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Furniture, specialty, or custom-production items

  • Any item where tampering, abuse, or misuse is detected

Only one (1) return or replacement request per item will be honored.

3. EXACT REPLACEMENT

You may request an exact replacement of the same item, which may vary by size where applicable.

  • If you request an exact replacement for an item of greater value due to size or configuration, you will be required to pay the difference in price.

  • If you request an exact replacement for an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the price difference within ten (10) business days of receipt and validation of your returned item.

  • The shipping cost of the first delivery is non-refundable.

  • The shipping cost of the replacement shipment will not be charged.

  • Only one exact replacement per item will be processed.

To initiate an exact replacement, you must contact Customer Service to obtain return authorization and instructions.

4. RETURN PROCESS AND AUTHORIZATION

To initiate a return or replacement, you must first contact Customer Service to receive formal return instructions and authorization:

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Once your return is received, the condition of the product will be validated by Customer Service in its sole discretion before any refund or replacement is approved.

5. CONDITION UPON RETURN

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is properly secured and protected during transit. Chrome World is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered prior to receipt at our facility.

If a returned product shows visible signs of use, damage, alteration, missing parts, or improper packaging, Chrome World reserves the right to:

  • Refuse the return;
  • Deny a refund or replacement; or
  • Deduct a restoration or handling fee where legally permitted.

 

6. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, Chrome World will use commercially reasonable efforts to issue the refund within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. 

Under no circumstances will store credit, site credit, or electronic gift credit be issued in place of a monetary refund.

7. LIMITATIONS TO REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Chrome World does not process in-store refunds for products purchased through the Website. Likewise, products purchased in physical retail environments may not be refunded or replaced through the Website.

Under no circumstances will a debit or credit card be credited by any third party. All refunds must be validated and processed exclusively by Chrome World after inspection and approval of the returned product.

A product ordered on the Website that has been personalized, customized, or made-to-order cannot be returned for replacement or refund.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Returns are accepted within the 14-day return window under the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring the proper export of returned items in compliance with local laws.

  • Any customs duties, import/export taxes, or governmental fees associated with international returns remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Chrome World is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

9. RISK OF LOSS FOR RETURNS

Risk of loss for returned merchandise remains with the customer until the returned product has been physically received and accepted by Chrome World. Proof of return shipment does not constitute proof of receipt.
