SHIPPING & DELIVERY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy for Chrome World (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governs the shipment, delivery, and fulfillment of products purchased through the Company’s website (www.chromeworld.store), applications, services, tools, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order through the Services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. DELIVERY ZONES AND ELIGIBLE ADDRESSES
Products will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure, provided such address(es) is(are) located within the applicable delivery zones supported by Chrome World at the time of purchase. Any delivery address located outside of the supported delivery zones may be refused during the ordering procedure.
Products purchased via the Services may only be delivered to a physical street address. Chrome World will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided.
Chrome World reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain geographic locations at its sole discretion due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or operational constraints.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND WAREHOUSE ALLOCATION
Due to supply and demand fluctuations, certain items may become understocked or temporarily out of stock at a particular fulfillment location. In such circumstances, Chrome World may, at its sole discretion, ship your order from an alternate warehouse and/or import it directly to you from one of its authorized fulfillment locations in the United States, Japan, or Hong Kong.
This multi-location fulfillment structure enables Chrome World to maintain both physical retail inventory and active online inventory, ensuring continuous product availability, optimized distribution, and uninterrupted global order fulfillment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your shipment may originate from any of Chrome World’s authorized domestic or international distribution facilities depending on availability, logistics, and demand.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
FREE Priority International Shipping is provided on all orders, worldwide, unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout for specialty logistics or oversized items.
All orders are shipped using priority international courier services selected by Chrome World. The standard estimated delivery time is five (5) to seven (7) business days after order processing and dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Certain products, including but not limited to specialty items, limited-production goods, or customized products, may be subject to extended production lead times, processing delays, and modified delivery schedules. Any such circumstances will be communicated to you where reasonably practicable.
A direct signature may be required upon delivery for all orders, without exception.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. For registered account holders, the most current order status may also be viewed through the Order History section of the Services.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are included in the purchase price of the products and will be clearly displayed in the order summary prior to order confirmation.
4. DELIVERY TIME – PROBLEMS OF DELIVERY
Any failure to deliver or delivery delay exceeding eight (8) business days after the date the order has been marked as shipped must be reported to Customer Service as soon as reasonably practicable.
In order for a delivery-related claim to be considered, you must notify Chrome World within fifteen (15) business days from the date of confirmation of your order by contacting us.
Upon delivery, you are responsible for examining the condition of the package and contents. If any discrepancies, visible damage, missing items, or irregularities are identified at the time of delivery, you should clearly note the issue on the delivery confirmation or carrier receipt prior to signing, where possible.
If the products do not conform to your order or are damaged upon arrival, you may request a replacement or refund in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the section entitled “Returns, Replacements & Refunds,” and any applicable Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Chrome World provides worldwide international shipping and offers FREE Priority International Shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated.
International delivery timeframes are approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days following dispatch, subject to customs clearance, local carrier operations, and destination-specific regulations. Chrome World shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities or international carriers.
You acknowledge and agree that international shipments may be inspected, delayed, or assessed fees by the customs authority of the destination country.
6. TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
United States: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
Canada: Duties are included in the product price where applicable, and sales tax is calculated at checkout.
All Other International Countries: Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any additional governmental charges are NOT included in the product price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Such charges are determined exclusively by the destination country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if assessed.
Chrome World has no control over such charges and shall not be responsible for estimating, collecting, or refunding customs duties or import-related fees for international shipments.
7. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Title to and risk of loss for products purchased from Chrome World pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier for shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Chrome World is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed shipments once the order has been transferred to the carrier, except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable returns or insurance provisions.
8. FINAL SALE – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final for orders shipping to non-U.S. addresses. Any returns, refunds, or replacements for international orders are subject strictly to the terms set forth in the Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy and any applicable statutory consumer protections.
8. PRODUCT PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
To ensure better service and better availability of our products, Chrome World may limit the quantity of products that can be purchased for any item, on any single order or across multiple orders to a customer or address. Chrome World reserves in its sole discretion the right to determine what quantity restrictions will be put in place for an item, order, or orders. To ensure the observance of these restrictions, Chrome World reviews your order and processes your purchase history. In case of non-observance, our Customer Service or Store Associates may contact you and may refuse further transactions with you, for a period of 2 years from your last purchase.
